Welcome to Red Link. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services offered by Red Link (“we,” “us,” “our”) through our website, proposals, deliverables, and all forms of client communication.

By accessing our site, engaging with our staff, or requesting our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledge and agree to be legally bound by the terms below.

Scope of Services

Red Link delivers engineering-grade infrastructure support services in Qatar, including but not limited to:

• Land Surveying: Topographic, cadastral, boundary, volumetric, and as-built surveys using GNSS, total stations, drones, and GIS platforms.
• 3D Laser Scanning: High-definition LiDAR scans, point cloud modeling, Scan-to-BIM deliverables, and digital twins for planning, QA/QC, retrofitting, and facility management.
• Secondment Staffing: On-site deployment of qualified professionals such as civil engineers, HSE officers, inspectors, planners, and BIM modelers, compliant with Qatari labor laws.

All services are provided under an executional support model and do not include legal, architectural, or engineering sign-off unless specified in writing.

Client Eligibility

Our services are available to public and private sector entities, project contractors, consultants, and developers in Qatar. By engaging Red Link, the client confirms they have legal authority to enter into service agreements under local laws.

Engagement and Deliverables

Red Link operates under project-based scopes defined via written proposals or agreements. Each engagement includes scope, timelines, and deliverables as mutually agreed. Red Link will perform all work to industry standards and regulatory compliance, but final decisions and application of deliverables remain the responsibility of the client.

Fees & Payment

All service fees are documented in a quotation or service agreement. Unless otherwise stated:

• Fees are exclusive of VAT or applicable taxes.
• Payments must be made per the timeline agreed in writing.
• Late payments may lead to project suspension or termination.
• In case of secondment, payroll, HR, visa, and compliance costs are managed by Red Link unless noted.

Confidentiality

All project data, designs, and client information are treated as confidential.
Red Link will not disclose client data to third parties without written permission, except where required by legal authorities or regulations in Qatar.

Intellectual Property

All drawings, scan models, reports, and deliverables remain the intellectual property of Red Link unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Clients are granted limited rights to use deliverables for their internal use and project execution only. Reproduction or sharing with third parties without consent is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Red Link is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from delays, usage of deliverables, or third-party implementation.
Our maximum liability is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.

Service Delays & Force Majeure

Red Link will not be held liable for disruptions caused by force majeure, including natural disasters, political events, labor disputes, government restrictions, or equipment failure. In such cases, revised timelines or suspensions may be implemented without penalty.

Termination

Either party may terminate an engagement with written notice.
Clients must settle all dues for completed work.
Deliverables in progress may be paused or withheld in case of non-payment or contractual breach.

Compliance & Regulation

Red Link complies with Qatar’s professional and labor regulations.
Clients agree to cooperate with Red Link on necessary site access, legal permits, and onboarding processes for any seconded staff.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Qatar.
Any dispute arising out of these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Doha, Qatar.
